PEEPS CONTAINERS DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Peeps Containers, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for the rental of a dumpster.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Client agrees to rent a dumpster from Peeps Containers for waste disposal, subject to the selected size, delivery location, and rental period.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Client agrees to pre-pay the full rental amount prior to delivery. Rental includes drop-off, pickup, and standard rental period (typically up to 7 days, unless otherwise specified).

3. EXTRA CHARGES
If the dumpster is kept beyond the agreed rental period, an additional daily fee will apply and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Overweight fees may also apply if the contents exceed weight limits.

4. PROPERTY DAMAGE WAIVER
Client acknowledges that Peeps Containers is not responsible for damage to driveways, yards, or surfaces where the dumpster is placed at the Client’s request.

5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Client agrees not to dispose of hazardous materials, liquids, tires, batteries, or other restricted items. Violations may result in fines or disposal surcharges.

6. LIABILITY RELEASE
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peeps Containers from any liability arising from use of the dumpster during the rental period.
